What every order gets
- Documented quality system with first-article inspection reports on every new part number
- Material lot traceability on every order: filament SKU, lot, drying log, machine ID
- Dimensional report against your drawing or model on first articles
- Weight verification per part; foamed parts reported against their solid-geometry twin
- Isolated per-customer file storage, deleted on request; NDA before files if you prefer
What we do not hold
- No AS9100, no ISO 9001. AS9100 is on our roadmap; we're not there today. If your program requires it, we are the wrong shop for that program.
- No ITAR registration, deliberately. We do not accept ITAR-marked technical data. ITAR-free by design.
- CMMC Level 1 self-assessment in progress. We'll state the SPRS posting date when it exists, not before.
For your export-control office
The short review
Because we accept no ITAR-marked technical data, nothing subject to ITAR enters our systems. Printed elastomeric drone components are typically classified by our customers' export teams as EAR99 or 9A610.x items; jurisdiction and classification of your parts remain your call, and we will confirm in writing that we handle data accordingly. All production is domestic: made in Ventura County, California, by a US-owned company, on US soil.

Let your engineers set the bar
The fastest way to evaluate a shop like ours is not a certificate audit, it is a first article on your bench. Send a part, get the inspection report and the weight numbers, run your own drop and vibration tests. If the part fails your bar, that costs you one sample order and we part as friends.
